Dynamic Meditation

I only know of some kind of meditations ... I don't even know if these are mutually exclusive or not ...

  • One is sitting and meditating by just trying to empty your mind and not think anything
  • Other is transcendental meditation - in which you dont force your mind to do anything but try and concentrate on a word (mantra) given by your instructor / teacher
  • One is to concentrate on your breathing - inhaling and exhaling
  • One is dynamic meditation - heard recently - preached and practiced by Osho Rajneesh
  • I guess art of living et al are also kinds of meditations.. anyways

The aim of meditation is

- relaxation

- releasing stress

- achieving a state of high concentration

- reducing bodily activities and thus relaxing

some more may be which I don't know or don't recall here ...

I guess what should also come is ACTIVE MEDITATION - which you can do all the time.. while doing your normal duties .. which will provide all these effects but also not let you take some specific time out and other things which lead you not to follow these... THINK THINK THINK .. evolve something on these lines.. something that will keep the concentration really high.. something that will keep the stress and anxiety really low.. something that will make the mind body and soul more resilent (tom peters definition of resilience) - something that will bring and inner calm - keeping the agression and the enthusiasm and the willingness to do and achieve at the same level ... something that will bring the inner calm like buddha...

yes design something like that -- and let me know... I will follow for sure...
